Annual Registered Agent fee schedule
Fees are billed annually per entity. For-profit entities can choose between the full Annual Report + Registered Agent bundle or Registered Agent services only. Volume tiers on the bundle apply automatically when you have multiple entities under management. Charges include the filing fee for the N.C. Secretary of State
